3 Springtime Apple Juice Recipes

As we head closer to the end of the year and weather gets warmer having a fresh home made juice is something that we can all look forward to. With Apples being an springtime fruit we thought to bring you our 3 favourite juice recipes that you can try at home! For best results we suggest either adding ice or cooling the juice in the fridge before drinking it.

Extra Green Apple Juice

If you want that extra healthy juice at the beginning of the day then this is for you! It does however require a few ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange
  • 1 cup of spinach leaves
  • 2 Apples
  • 8 Sprigs of parsley
  • 5 Kale leaves (optional)

Preparation

  1. Peel and quarter the orange
  2. Add all the ingredients to the juicer
  3. Stir the juice once it is finished
  4. Enjoy!

Double Spring

This juice will give you a double dose of spring as it comes both with apples and strawberries! 

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries,
  • 1 apple quartered
  • 1 lime quartered

Preparation

  1. Remove stems from the strawberries
  2. Add the ingredients to the juicer (one at a time)
  3. Enjoy the double does of spring 

Apple Twist

This apple juice comes with a twist of flavours. Not only is it packed with a variety of vitamins rich ingredients but it also comes with a secret ingredient – ginger to give it that extra kick.

This juice is great for both adults and children

Ingredients

  • 2 Apples
  • 2 Large Carrots
  • 1 Orange
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger

Preparation

  1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Ginger, oranges, and carrots.
  3. Remove ends and slice carrots into circles.
  4. Cut apples into wedges and oranges into quarters and remove the seeds.
